Clients can be any age.
ASSESSMENT
Client must be assessed by a Registered Nurse to be eligible.
LOCATION
Clients must live in the Beardy’s and Okemasis’ Cree Nation.
SUPPORT SYSTEM
Clients are required to have a support system like family in place.
