Our Administration Team, led by the Director of Health, oversees the operations of Willow Cree Health Services to ensure seamless service delivery.
Our administration team, led by the Director of Health, consists of the HR Coordinator and Finance Coordinator, the Finance Support Worker and A/P Clerk, the Executive Assistant/Office Manager, the All-Department Support Worker/Communications Officer, the Medical Receptionist and Maintenance. Together, they support the day-to-day operations of Willow Cree Health Services by ensuring financial transparency and accountability, policy formulation and implementation. Effective communication is an integral component to ensure the membership are well informed of programs and services available and how to access them.
DIRECTOR OF HEALTH:
The Director of Health (DoH) is accountable to the Health Board of Directors, Chief & Council and ultimately the Beardy’s and Okemasis’ Cree Nation. The DoH plans, develops, organizes, directs, and controls all activities, services, and programs within the jurisdiction of WCHS. Responsible for the implementation of sound and effective management practices, the DoH works to ensure WCHS offers holistic health care services meeting the needs of the members. With the support of the HR Coordinator and Finance Coordinator, the DoH keeps the Board of Directors informed of new and emerging health trends by providing monthly program and service updates, as well as accurate and timely financial information.

Medical receptionists play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. By handling various tasks and making the first impression on our clients Trudy Fox effectively connects patients with medical and support staff.
